Reason for Hair loss: Stress & Illness
Due to stress
Sometimes an emotional or physical stress can lead to hair loss, for which, most people are worried and they begin to try to make their hair dense and taller. However, it takes a long time in a whole cycle of hair growth due to which many people start to experience the hair fall after several months or weeks after the stress is over. Fortunately, when the sources of the stress are removed, the hair usually starts growing again but there are many things given here that you can help to increase your hair.
There are three main types of male pattern baldness related to stress:
- Telogen effluvium
In this way, the stress can send many hair follicles to the sublingual, which stops the growth of hair. After several months, the hair associated with the affected folic can suddenly start to deteriorate in the larger extent than normal. This is the most common type of hair fall related to stress.
- Alopecia areata
In this situation, the immune system changes the hair follicle, which causes hair loss and occasionally hair fall in the form of large clumps. There can be several causes of hair fall in this way and stress is one of them.
The condition is very different from both previous conditions because this condition is caused by the person’s own self-healing power, whether it is the hair of the head or other parts of the eyebrows or body. Individuals develop this condition in general as a way to cope with stress, anxiety, depression, loneliness.
Due to illness
Hair loss is a common problem. Women and men both face hair loss because of increasing age or ‘hormonal’ changes, but due to some illness, this problem may also occur. If the illness is treated at the right time, then the hair fall can be avoided. Let’s know about that –
- Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome
The problem of PCOS is due to the ‘hormonal’ changes in women. Because of this, the hair becomes thin and starts to fall.
Hypothyroidism is a disease in humans that is caused by inadequate production of ‘hormone’ from the thyroid gland.
There is anemia problem when there is a lack of blood in the body. This problem is mostly seen in women. Because of this, the hair becomes weak and breaks down.
